Myrthe, Ombudsman can only be appointed by the persident according to the constitution. And ,then, make no mistakes about this personality. The former students of Yerevan State University's Law and International Relations Departments know Mr. Harutyunyan as Dollar Armen', I suppose you guess how he deserved his nickname- he only took bribes in US dollars. He is the nephew of YSU's principal Radik Martirosyan who eagerly granted him scientific titles and helped him progress in academic circles. And then, his record as an Ombudsman is simply shameful in comparison to Larisa Alaverdyan. He is a puppet, maybe a puppet who has been ordered to change owners, but still, just a puppet.
